I came across a great article on Mashable today (with the help of Ragan's PR Daily Newsfeed) outlining four great tips for engaging fans on Facebook. I found this article especially relevant, because we at PRowl Public Relations were just recently discussing ways to use Facebook to effectively engage fans.
Leyl Master Black, the author of the article, recommends the following tips for engaging fans:
- Ask their opinion
- Test their knowledge
- Pair promotions with content
- Thank them
