Alyssa Guckin, Firm Director
Alyssa is PRowl’s Firm Director. She is a senior, studying Public
Relations and general business. Philadelphia has a special place in Alyssa’s
heart and she hopes to continue living and working in communications in the
city of brotherly love. Ideally, she would like to work in agency PR or
internally at a museum or cultural institution. Alyssa can most likely be found
out and about with friends, attempting to dine at as many Philadelphia restaurants
she can. After this summer, Alyssa expects to have a serious travel bug.
Rute Barkai, Assistant Firm Director
Rute is a senior majoring in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations and a double minor is English and Art History. Moving to Philadelphia from Boston, Rute discovered her love for both Philadelphia and its cultural scene, and has since interned for the City of Philadelphia’s Office of the City Representative and is currently interning at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Her goal is to work at a cultural institution in Philly while simultaneously doing freelance for its artists and creators. Faiz Mandviwalla, Assistant Firm Director
Faiz is an honors senior majoring in strategic communication with a concentration in PR and a minor in sociology. He is also a proud member of both PRSSA and PPRA, Philadelphia's top public relations associations. Faiz interned abroad this past summer in Barcelona, giving him a renewed passion for international PR and for meeting new people. Maggie Wurst, Assistant Firm Director
Maggie is a junior majoring in strategic communication with a concentration in public relations and a minor in sociology of health. She was also recently accepted into Temple's Masters of Journalism 4+1 program and will begin her graduate career in Fall 2015. With a love for journalism, public speaking, and Philadelphia, she found herself drawn to Temple University and now serves as the Assistant Firm Director for PRowl Public Relations. Her favorite branch of PR is the medical non-profit, and she hopes to work in that field (while still freelancing for print media outlets) in the future! Helena Wilcox, Director of Public Relations
Helena is a junior at Temple studying Strategic Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. Helena has interned with Star Group and SAK PR and is an active member of Temple’s PRSSA chapter. One of her goals for the upcoming year is to increase engagement with the firm’s social media accounts as well as readership on the blog. Her favorite sector of PR is lifestyle and fashion and she hopes to one work for an agency that offers the opportunity to travel. Helena enjoys people watching in the city and learning to cook. Gabrielle Lacherza, Director of Finance
Gabrielle is a senior majoring in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. This is her third year as a member of PRowl Public Relations and her first year serving on the executive board. Gabrielle also serves as vice president of Temple PRSSA. She has interned with the Philadelphia 76ers and the Philadelphia Soul. She would ideally like to continue working in sports, but above all would like to remain in Philadelphia. She is originally from Bethlehem PA.
Shaun Luberski, Secretary
Shaun is a senior at Temple studying
Strategic Communications with a concentration in Public Relations.
On-campus, she is an active member of Temple's PRSSA chapter, works for
Undergraduate Admissions as an Owl Ambassador and is a Resident Assistant in
Morgan Hall South. She currently interns at Philadelphia magazine
as a Marketing and Special Events Intern. Shaun loves photography and attending
concerts. After graduation, Shaun hopes to work at a magazine or
