People often forget that interviews are a two-way street. The position's history:

• What is the potential for growth and advancement?
• Are there any immediate challenges that will need to be addressed by the person in this position?

Next Steps:

• Would you like a list of references?
• If I am extended a job offer, how soon would you like me to start?
• Are there any other questions I can answer for you?

From personal experience with interviews for part-time jobs and internships, having well-articulated questions leaves a great last impression for your potential employer to reflect upon.
